Mission

Built for operational clarity

Modern organizations operate amid fragmented reporting, conflicting claims, imagery, geospatial data, and rapidly changing events. TACREP is developing systems that turn those inputs into evidence-driven, reviewable, and operationally useful products.

01 / RESPOND

See change sooner

Support timely awareness, incident response, emergency coordination, and rapidly changing operational conditions.

02 / ENGAGE

Work from shared evidence

Enable analysts, operators, and decision-makers to examine sources, collaborate, and act with stronger context.

03 / PROTECT

Preserve mission continuity

Help safeguard personnel, infrastructure, information, and operations through accountable decision support.

Flagship platform

OSINA

Open Source Intelligence Network Application

OSINA is TACREP’s intelligence-fusion platform under development. It is designed to unite global monitoring, event correlation, geospatial context, source evidence, structured TACREPs, and analyst review within one operational environment.

The interface is organized around a persistent global operating picture: country activity, event severity, source reporting, map context, and structured intelligence products remain connected rather than scattered across separate tools.

Core technology

The Stellar Jump Engine

A developing multimodal fusion architecture intended to combine rapid source processing, imagery interpretation, structured evidence correlation, deterministic validation, and deeper analytical review.

01

Retrieve

Ingest source material, normalize inputs, preserve provenance, extract structured data, and observe imagery.

02

Evaluate

Correlate evidence, identify contradictions, expose uncertainty, and escalate items requiring deeper review.

03

Produce

Support traceable reports, timelines, alerts, and decision-support products prepared for human review.

Design doctrine

The model proposes. The code validates.

AI accelerates analysis inside the Stellar Jump Engine, but it never becomes the system of record. Deterministic validation decides what is recorded, and every layer is being built to the same standard:

Deterministic system of recordModel output is advisory until it passes deterministic gates. What the system records, code decided.
Provenance is validationEvery assessment traces to preserved source records. Claims without evidence do not survive review.
Re-derivation, not driftStored reports change only when re-derived under versioned rules — products never silently mutate.
Quality over volumeVerified official channels are used to cross-examine other reporting. Corroboration is earned, not assumed.

By the numbers

179countries under continuous watch
181,000+geospatial reference records — settlements, airfields, and infrastructure facilities
12independent collection families, from global news to seismic and satellite-thermal sensors
24event categories classified automatically
30curated national source profiles across 15 states
44live broadcast streams monitored across 15 countries
20+verification factors recorded on every assessment
1,145automated tests enforcing engine doctrine

Figures measured directly from the current development build and will grow as development continues.

What sets it apart

Designed to prove its conclusions

Most automated intelligence tools ask to be trusted. The Stellar Jump Engine is built so its output can be audited, replayed, and challenged:

Deterministic replayThe same evidence always produces the same incidents and scores — verified by snapshot-and-replay tooling, not asserted.
Corroboration that cannot be gamedSources collapse into independence families: a state's entire media ecosystem counts once, a state can never corroborate itself, and official claims are never counted as independent proof.
Two-stage event identitySearch keys only find candidate matches. Identity requires positive proof — the same story, or two independent anchors — and five hard-rejection classes keep incompatible reports apart, so a vague article can never bridge two separate events.
Rule-versioned assessmentsThe scoring-rule version is sealed into every evidence signature. When the rules change, stored reports are exposed as stale instead of silently re-blessed.
Physical-world cross-examinationNarrative claims are checked against seismic, satellite-thermal, and military air-activity sensing, plus a 45,000-entry infrastructure register compiled from six public datasets.
Sovereign AI tierThe advisory model tier runs self-hosted against a vetted model allowlist. Because validation lives in deterministic code, the system keeps working — and stays honest — even with the model turned off.

Responsible systems

Human judgment remains central

TACREP is being designed around transparent evidence, visible uncertainty, human review, and accountable system behavior.

  • Evidence before assessment
  • Observation separated from inference
  • Source provenance preserved
  • Human authority retained
  • Systems designed against misuse
Capability must never outpace accountability.

Future direction

A platform for future mission systems

TACREP’s long-term direction extends beyond a single application. Its core architecture is being developed with flexibility to support future mission-specific systems.
