TACREP Systems LLC
Advanced intelligence, decision-support, and mission-systems technology for complex operational environments.
Respond. Engage. Protect.
Mission
Modern organizations operate amid fragmented reporting, conflicting claims, imagery, geospatial data, and rapidly changing events. TACREP is developing systems that turn those inputs into evidence-driven, reviewable, and operationally useful products.
Support timely awareness, incident response, emergency coordination, and rapidly changing operational conditions.
Enable analysts, operators, and decision-makers to examine sources, collaborate, and act with stronger context.
Help safeguard personnel, infrastructure, information, and operations through accountable decision support.
Flagship platform
Open Source Intelligence Network Application
OSINA is TACREP’s intelligence-fusion platform under development. It is designed to unite global monitoring, event correlation, geospatial context, source evidence, structured TACREPs, and analyst review within one operational environment.
The interface is organized around a persistent global operating picture: country activity, event severity, source reporting, map context, and structured intelligence products remain connected rather than scattered across separate tools.
Powered by the Stellar Jump Engine
Interface imagery reflects an active development build and may change before release.
Core technology
A developing multimodal fusion architecture intended to combine rapid source processing, imagery interpretation, structured evidence correlation, deterministic validation, and deeper analytical review.
Ingest source material, normalize inputs, preserve provenance, extract structured data, and observe imagery.
Correlate evidence, identify contradictions, expose uncertainty, and escalate items requiring deeper review.
Support traceable reports, timelines, alerts, and decision-support products prepared for human review.
Design doctrine
AI accelerates analysis inside the Stellar Jump Engine, but it never becomes the system of record. Deterministic validation decides what is recorded, and every layer is being built to the same standard:
By the numbers
Figures measured directly from the current development build and will grow as development continues.
What sets it apart
Most automated intelligence tools ask to be trusted. The Stellar Jump Engine is built so its output can be audited, replayed, and challenged:
Advanced concepts division
TACREP’s advanced-development division, created to explore high-risk, high-value concepts that may shape future operational systems.
Division site in development.
Responsible systems
TACREP is being designed around transparent evidence, visible uncertainty, human review, and accountable system behavior.
Capability must never outpace accountability.
Future direction
TACREP’s long-term direction extends beyond a single application. Its core architecture is being developed with flexibility to support future mission-specific systems.
Evidence management, event fusion, analytical workflows, and operational decision support.
Potential future coordination tools for treatment capacity, resources, evacuation, and readiness information.
Potential future systems supporting incident coordination, infrastructure awareness, and response planning.
Platform access
This page is the front door to the OSINA platform. While development continues, access remains closed. When the system reaches launch readiness, authorized users will enter directly from this section — no redesign, no new site.
Access controls on this page activate automatically when the platform goes live.
Contact
TACREP is currently in pre-launch development. The company welcomes conversations with prospective users, technical collaborators, government stakeholders, and organizations interested in future pilot opportunities.
